To secure accommodation contact us for a booking form and pay a €300 deposit subject to cancellation fees and end of year cleaning fee min euro 75.

Non refundable €400 management fee paid with rent in September

Non refundable €250 electricity allowance paid with rent in September

Rates

First installment paid in September and second installment paid in December.

Single Room: Installment 1: Euro 2300 Installment 2: Euro 1400.

Luxury Single Room: Installment 1: Euro 2350 Installment 2: Euro 1430.

Luxury Single En-suite Room: Installment 1: Euro 2500 Installment 2: Euro 1550.

Twin Sharing Room per person: Installment 1: Euro 1500 Installment 2: Euro 910.

Twin En-suite Sharing Room per person: Installment 1: Euro 1650 Installment 2: Euro 1000.

A payment option spread over eight months is also available.
