It is in great proximity to the college, with well lit pathway to the campus for those dark winter evenings. The staff at the Campus are very student friendly and always maintain a great relationship with the students, and gain that mutual respect from the students also. In my time working as part of the SU team I have yet to come across a single problem where a student has been unhappy with the service provided. In particular for freshers, it is most definitely a unique warm and inviting atmosphere, in which great friendships are always forged. I cannot recommend the campus highly enough."

"My daughter Orla stayed at Ballyraine Campus with her friends
throughout het time at LYIT. When we first visited Orla I was very
impressed . The halls were clean with all utensils supplied, a
laundrette, on site night time security and an office to help the
students. The broadband is connected to the college to help the students
study. Even though we are from Buncrana this gave me peace of mind
knowing that my daughter was safe, that there was always security on
site and an onsite office to help the students. I could not say enough
about Ballyraine Campus. Dermot and Vincent go out of their way to
ensure that everyone is happy. I would like to take the opportunity to
thank Vincent and Dermot for looking after Orla so well during her time
at Ballyraine Campus and I would highly recommend these student
apartments."

I am now in my final year and the location of the campus is really handy to get to college, which supports my much needed late nights in the library.
